ELITE FITNESS FOR EVERYONE
Every new member at CrossFit Crown Point begins the program with a fitness assessment. This is done to evaluate each person fitness level and to seek out and discover any weaknesses an individual may have. This is an essential part of our program to ensure that each person starts the program at their own ground zero and can begin to see results immediately.

The assessments can be scheduled on Tuesday at 9:15 am and 6:15 pm and Fridays at 9:45 am and 6:15 pm. Call or email for details or to schedule an appointment. These sessions fill up fast and are usually filled by Tuesday so book them early. Come join us at the School of Elite of Fitness, CrossFit Crown Point. This is where you are more than just a number, you are part of our team and our family. We would love to have you!
